Cormeton Fire Protection was established in 1973 and later became a limited company in 1979. Since those early years, Cormeton Fire Protection has grown to become a leading North-East based fire safety and fire protection company, offering fire safety solutions and peace of mind to businesses nationwide.
Cormeton Fire Protection has built up a reputation that is second to none when it comes to knowledge and experience regarding fire extinguisher sales, service and maintenance, fire suppression system design and installation, fire training (basic training to fire warden training), fire signage and equipment surveys and fire risk assessments.
We also design and manufacture Fire Hose Winding & Brushing Machines, which were designed & invented by our MD Mr Michael Warburton Snr and are sold to numerous Fire Brigades worldwide.
Cormeton Fire Protection works within the public and private sectors, covering all types of commercial & private properties as well as all aspects of the marine industry from small private vessels to the largest commercial and military vessels.
We also pride ourselves with having an exceptional reputation for after-care service and management which is dealt with fast and efficiently by our friendly & experienced staff.
Cormeton Fire Protection works closely with Northumbria Police as well as our local Primary Care Trusts for the NHS along with many other important international companies. With strict changes constantly occurring to government guidelines and regulations, Cormeton Fire Protection has always prided itself in being at the forefront when it comes to evolving to suit legal requirements.
Our Engineers are qualified BAFE technicians, between which have over 100 years worth of experience within the Fire Protection industry and we currently hold statutory membership with the following: -
